Which portal am I?

The system has three separate front doors. They use separate sign-ins — an account on one is not automatically an account on another.

Student portal

For: trainees booking their own sessions.

You can book mock exams, mock discussions and work checks; see and cancel your own bookings; track your progress; and leave a review after an evaluated work check.

You cannot see other students, and you cannot change session capacity, dates or attendance.

Admin portal

For: coordinators and administrators running the programme.

Admins create and edit sessions, book and cancel on behalf of students, record attendance, manage work check slots and evaluations, manage seating, adjust student credits, and run bulk imports and exports.

What an individual admin can see and do depends on two things:

  • Their rolesuper_admin, admin, instructor or viewer.
  • Their location scope — many admins are restricted to specific branches, and will only see sessions and bookings at those locations. If a colleague can see a session you cannot, a location restriction is the usual explanation.

Instructor portal

For: instructors running work check sessions.

Instructors see their own schedule, run evaluations against the project criteria, and review their history. It has its own sign-in page, separate from the admin portal.
