Signing in
Each portal has its own sign-in page and its own account. Being signed in to one does not sign you in to another.
Sessions expire
Sign-in sessions are short-lived and refresh automatically while you are active. If you leave a page open for a long time and then act on it, you may be returned to the sign-in page — sign in again and continue.
If this happens mid-booking, nothing was consumed: no booking was created and no credit was spent. Start the booking again.
Your profile
The profile page lets you view and update your display name, set a profile picture, and see your email address (read-only).
Changing your password
Admins and instructors can change their password from their profile. Students do not have a password to change on the profile page.
Depending on configuration, a password change may require a second step: a six-digit code is emailed to you and must be entered to complete the change. Two things follow from that:
- The code is valid for a few minutes. If it expires, request another.
- Completing the change signs you out everywhere — you will need to sign in again with the new password. That is intentional.
If you have forgotten your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page rather than the profile page.
