| Attendance | Whether a student turned up, recorded by an admin after the session. Separate from booking status. |
| Booking | One student's reservation of one session. |
| Booking ID | The human-readable reference shown in the UI. For display only — support will ask for it, but it is not the system's internal identifier. |
| Branch | A location (campus). Also the unit of an admin's location scope. |
| Cycle | A scheduling period that groups courses and seating together. |
| Group | A set of students, used to decide which work check slots they can book. |
| Lab | A sub-location within a branch, e.g. a specific room. Which labs exist differs per branch. |
| Mini-mock | A shorter mock exam type, with its own credit. |
| Mock discussion | A post-exam discussion session. Offered per type and may carry prerequisites. |
| Mock exam | A full practice exam session: Situational Judgment, Clinical Skills, or Mini-mock. |
| Mock set | A label (A–H) grouping related exam sessions. |
| Prerequisite | An earlier exam that must be booked or attended before a session becomes available to you. |
| Session / mock exam session | A specific scheduled sitting: a date, time, location and capacity. |
| Shared credits | A credit spendable on any session type. Used only when the type-specific credit is exhausted. |
| Slot | A bookable work check appointment. |
| Station | A single seat in the seating grid. |
| Token | Used interchangeably with "credit". A discussion token is the credit for discussion sessions. |
| Work check | A lab session where an instructor evaluates a student's work. |
| Evaluation | The instructor's scored assessment of a work check, against project criteria. |
| Project / criteria | What is assessed in an evaluation. Criteria appear in an administrator-defined order. |
| Review | A student's 1–5 star rating of an evaluated work check. |
