What you can see

Two independent filters apply, and both must allow an action:

1. Your role and permissions. Roles are super_admin, admin, instructor and viewer. Permissions are granular (bookings.create, exams.edit, and so on). If you lack a permission, the menu entry is hidden — and if you reach the page by pasting its URL, you get an explicit Access Denied rather than a broken screen.

2. Your location scope. Many admins are restricted to certain branches and see only sessions, bookings and slots at those locations.

When a colleague can see something you cannot

This is almost always location scope, not a bug. A branch can additionally be made visible to everyone for specific modules — for example, one branch's mock sessions being readable by all admins while its work check data stays restricted. That visibility is read-only: seeing a session at another location never lets you create or edit there.

Bulk operations

Import and export are consolidated under Data Management → Bulk Operations, with CSV templates per entity type. Every bulk operation is recorded to the audit trail.

Row limits differ per entity — the page states the limit for whichever entity you have selected, and a file over that limit is rejected before anything is written.
